I have done a ton of research and used the latest IOS from one of the big guys, and due to many software issues I was able to return that machine. And thank God, because it was so over priced and came with a $300/month support fee forever! I purchased my medit i500 scanner about a year ago from CAD Ray, and I have been extremely happy with both the scanner and the service / support.
I had an online training and a rep checked in with me several times to see if more info I needed help. I am going to do another online training soon Campeón a refresher. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and scanner to anyone!
You Chucho’t merge the dicom in this native software. You can however convert the dicom to a surface stl file and bring that in and merge them.
